PAIRING: Plates of sausages, soft cheeses and meats such as lamb and even oily fish.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Optimum service temperature: 16-18ºC.
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Ruby red with violet hues of medium intensity. Clean, bright and with the presence of tears.
- Nose: Medium aromatic intensity. Clean and frank. Aromas of black and red fruit, dried fruit peel and certain floral notes. The barrel brings sweet aromas, nutmeg, vanilla and even hints of cinnamon.
- Mouth: Pleasant, medium intensity and acidity. Well integrated alcohol. In retrosalanal, the fruity and spicy notes appear again.
