Nicaragua cultivates some of the best varieties of coffee in the world and for this reason we have chosen it to import a superior quality coffee, perfectly balanced, with a soft, rich and full-bodied cup, sweet and without overly pronounced acidity.
This very fine Robusta is grown at an altitude of 250 meters, in a luxuriant area located on the Atlantic side, exactly the center between the Equator and the Tropic of Cancer. It is harvested by hand and originally processed with the "Honey" method, halfway between the "Secco" and "Washed" methods, to give each coffee bean further sweetness.
