Information
Amber beer tending towards intense red, with coppery reflections and medium-high alcohol content, which makes it suitable for the most demanding palates. The foam is fine, persistent and creamy, light beige in colour, with good persistence and adhesion to the glass.
The aroma is characterized by hints of toasted malt, with notes of caramel, toffee and dried fruit, accompanied by notes of hops with resinous and spicy hints.
On the palate, it is intense and dry, with a slight bitter aftertaste, which is promptly countered by a sweet, caramelized boost, with a clear hint of hazelnuts.
It has a strong character and moderate effervescence.
