Blanco - Ribeiro - Treixadura - 2018 - 13% vol.
Pairing:
- Fish, seafood and meat carpaccios, tuna and beef tartars, smoked fish (salmon, cod, sardines), toasts, grilled oily fish, pickles, rice, grilled vegetables.
Elaboration:
- Manual harvest with a first selection of grapes on a farm of grapes from our own vineyard and rented under our control, located in the best production areas of the Miño Valley. Second selection of grapes on a vibrating table in the winery, destemming and cold maceration for two and a half hours to extract all the essence.
- Fermentation at controlled temperature and subsequent aging on its fine lees for four months in stainless steel. Later bottled in April 2018.
- Rest and static aging in the bottle for two months until reaching the optimum moment of consumption.
