As its name suggests, Viña Zorzal Garnacha is made with Garnacha, a native variety of the Navarra Appellation of Origin. This winery, headquartered in the town of Fitero within the Navarra appellation, has worked diligently to revive this grape and extends its operations to 40 hectares of vineyards spread across other towns such as Corella, Cintruénigo, and Lerga. Here at Viña Zorzalá, we safeguard an old vineyard, over 60 years old, located at an altitude of approximately 490 meters and cultivated using organic methods.
Appearance: It presents a bright ruby color of medium intensity.
Nose: It stands out for its intense aromas of raspberries and cherries, accompanied by a touch of spice and earthy notes.
Palate: It is a dry and fresh wine, with soft tannins and a medium body. Red fruit flavors predominate, along with a subtle mineral touch, culminating in a long and juicy finish that leaves a very pleasant impression.
