VARIETY: Albariño.
FERMENTATION: Between 8-10ºC.
PREPARATION: Destemming, cold film maceration, pressing, alcoholic fermentation with selected vat feet, fine lees work and steel tanks.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10ºC.
GRADUATION: 13.5% vol.
PAIRING: Raw seafood (oysters) and fish (hake).
