DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Rías Baixas.

VARIETY: Albariño.

FERMENTATION: Between 8-10ºC.

PREPARATION: Destemming, cold film maceration, pressing, alcoholic fermentation with selected vat feet, fine lees work and steel tanks.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10ºC.

GRADUATION: 13.5% vol.

PAIRING: Raw seafood (oysters) and fish (hake).

TASTING NOTES:

  • Color: Greenish yellow, pale and bright.
  • Aroma: fresh, wide and deep with aromas of ripe fruit, white flower and hints of iodine.
  • Taste: Integrated acidity, silky with an elegant, saline and mineral mid palate. It has a very long and well structured finish.
