TASTING NOTES:
- Color: intense straw yellow.
- Aroma: high aromatic intensity, notes of very ripe fruit of pear, apple and white peach, memories of aging on very clean lees (yeast, bakery and vanilla).
- Taste: wide entry in the mouth, fat and with volume, with a good mid palate, long and fruity aftertaste, lactic and bakery notes.

PAIRING: rice, pasta, fish, cheese.
