TASTING NOTES:
- View: Bright straw yellow with greenish rim.
- Nose: It is a fresh wine, which transmits its aromatic intensity from the expression of plants such as fennel, gorse, and a delicate memory of the chestnut blossom, with citrus notes and hints of wet rock.
- Mouth: On the palate it is great on the attack, fresh but voluptuous and fatty, which melts into a complex and fruity mid palate. Its aftertaste is marked by the saline minerality of its soil and gives it the personality and character of a great wine.
