VARIETY OF GRAPES: 85% Mencía, 15% Arauxa.

ALCOHOLIC GRADUATION: 13% vol.

PAIRING: Starters, grilled meats, cheeses, rice, pate, oxtail.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Service temperature: 6-8ºC.

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Garnet red with a medium layer and violet rim. Clean, transparent and bright, good tears.
  • Nose: Very fruity nose: strawberry blackberries, blueberries, cassis and light notes of cocoa.
  • Mouth: Medium structured mouth, with sweet and well polymerized tannins. Good smoothness, silky and velvety.
