VARIETY OF GRAPES: Mencía 100%.

ALCOHOLIC GRADUATION: 14.5% vol.

PAIRING: Grilled red meats, stews, cured cheeses, acorn-fed Iberian ham, beef, veal in sauce, red meats with sauce.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Serve between 16 and 18ºC.

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Intense red color
  • Nose: fresh and live red fruits, you can also appreciate the spices, minerals and Chinese ink.
  • Mouth: In the mouth it is juicy and fluid with a long finish.
