PAIRING: Grilled red meats, stews, cured cheeses, acorn-fed Iberian ham, beef, veal in sauce, red meats with sauce.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Intense red color
- Nose: fresh and live red fruits, you can also appreciate the spices, minerals and Chinese ink.
