ALCOHOLIC GRADUATION: 14% vol.

PAIRING: The winery recommends taking it with wood pigeon in red wine, Wagyu sirloin tartare, hake kokotxas in its pil pil and with Moliterno cheese.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Decant 20 minutes before enjoying it. Serve at a temperature between 14-16ºC to favor the aeration of the wine and to be able to enjoy its aromas to the fullest.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Vivacious cherry color.
- Nose: elegant aromatic range in which the fruity contribution of strawberry and ripe raspberry is enhanced with aromas of cloves and nutmeg, tea leaves, fine leathers and graphite.
- Mouth: it is a deep, fresh and refined wine; with a long finish and velvety tannins. If there is something that stands out in this wine, it is undoubtedly the impeccable balance between each and every one of its components.
