DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Duero (Spain)

TYPE OF WINE: Aged red wine (French and American oak barrels, where
stays around 12 months)

VARIETY OF GRAPES: 90% Fine red, 6% Cabernet sauvignon, 4% Merlot.

ALCOHOLIC GRADUATION: 15% vol.

BOTTLE CAPACITY: 75 cl.

PAIRING: Starters, cheese, ham and sausages, as well as different meats and fish.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended to decant. Optimum serving temperature: Between 16ºC -18ºC.

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Cherry red, with a rather high layer, a dense tear that stains the glass very well.
  • Nose: Floral aromas that accompany the hints of red fruit predominate. Also touches of oak.
  • Mouth: Balanced. Delicate, silky mid palate and marked by ripe red fruit. With volume and elegance in its tannins.
