VARIETY OF GRAPES: Combines the richness of Tempranillo, the intensity of Syrah and the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon.

ALCOHOLIC GRADUATION: 15% vol.

PAIRING: Rostbeef, sirloin with foie, Iberian sausages, stews or cured cheeses.

RECOMMENDATIONS: service temperature 16 °C

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Intense layer of garnet color.
  • Nose: intense and ripe nose, mineral aromas that give way to black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. Hints of liquorice, currants and cherries in liqueur with a dark chocolate background and subtle notes of well-assembled wood.
  • Mouth: In the mouth it is elegant, very balanced, enveloping and silky mid palate, polished tannins and very balanced acidity, long and persistent.
