TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Bright golden yellow, generous and abundant foam, numerous chains of small bubbles.
  • Nose: The nose is very powerful, predominantly pastry fruit and notes of candied apricot and a touch of praline freshness. Spicy and slightly aniseed nuances are also appreciated.
  • Mouth: The long and generous palate develops gradually with a persistence of pastry notes and then spicy in the finish.
