TYPE OF WINE: Rosé wine. Pressed from the whole grape and cold macerated with the skins to extract the colour. Very slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC.
GRAPE VARIETY: Xarel lo Red
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 12% vol.
BOTTLE CAPACITY: 75 cl.
PAIRING: Ideal to accompany with eggs, white fish and roasts.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Optimum service temperature: 4-6ºC.
