DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Alella

TYPE OF WINE: Rosé wine. Pressed from the whole grape and cold macerated with the skins to extract the colour. Very slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC.

GRAPE VARIETY: Xarel lo Red

ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 12% vol.

BOTTLE CAPACITY: 75 cl.

PAIRING: Ideal to accompany with eggs, white fish and roasts.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Optimum service temperature: 4-6ºC.

TASTING NOTES:

  • Appearance: Pink onion skin, characteristic of the grape variety.
  • Nose: The aromas of red fruits such as strawberries stand out, but also white fruit and a slight floral touch.
  • Mouth: Light with a very good acidity, balanced, fresh and elegant.
