BOTTLE CAPACITY: 75 cl.
PAIRING: Semi-cured cheeses, Large game, Mature cheeses, Game birds, Roast pork, Legumes, Grilled red meats
RECOMMENDATIONS: Optimal service temperature: 16-18ºC.
TASTING NOTE:
- View: Purple wine with a very high layer.
- Nose: Complex nose where we find fresh red fruits with a balsamic and spicy background accompanied by toasted notes.
- Mouth: The aromas found in the olfactory phase are reproduced with the presence of mature and well-integrated tannins. The aftertaste is long with hints of nuts, such as toasted hazelnuts.
