TASTING NOTES:
- View: beautiful pale yellow color, greenish reflections, clean and very bright.
- Nose: A still glass enveloping aromas of high intensity, aromatic herbs (melissa, lemon thyme), fresh water fruit, freshly cut grass, and subtle citrus (lemon candy).
- Palate: The entry is vibrant, fresh, with hints of juicy apples, white plums and sour fruits, with an interesting and refreshing acidity.
