INSTRUCTIONS
Measure 910 g of water.
Place the rubber stopper in the Filtron hole.
Wet the wool filter and carefully place it in the receptacle at the bottom of the Filtron.
Unfold the filter and place it inside the Filtron. Tuck to fit.
Weigh 99 grams of coffee and grind it coarsely.
Add the coffee to the Filtron and tap it to level it.
Pour the water over the coffee in order to make sure all the coffee sees the flow, and shake it gently.
Put the plastic disc filter in place, then put the top of the Filtron in place.
Let it sit for 12 hours and then have a friend hold all of the Filtron over your chosen container and remove the cap. It may take a second or two for the coffee to emerge, fear not.
