INSTRUCTIONS
Grind 20 gr of fine coffee
Unscrew the moka pot and fill the lower pot with freshly prepared water.
Place the portafilter on top of the lower pot and add coffee. Touch it to seat the bed.
Run your finger across the coffee to distribute it evenly, from left to right, then front to back.
Screw in the upper chamber. Use a towel to support the bottom, as it will now be hot.
Put the stove over medium heat. With the correct heat, the pressure should force a steady stream of water through the coffee into the upper chamber. Too little heat will result in lethargic action; if it is frantic, the heat turns down. When you're done, you'll hear a gurgling and hissing sound when the water runs out.
Pour carefully (the handle is often hot due to the small size of the Moka pot) and enjoy your coffee.
