INSTRUCTIONS

  • Boil twice as much water as you will need (about 500 gr)
  • It weighs 32 grams of coffee beans and grinds to a roughness reminiscent of sea salt.
  • Put the filter paper in your dropper, pour half of the hot water into the filter to ensure saturation and heat the containers. Discard after a minute or so. Let the remaining water in the kettle cool to about 200 ° F.
  • Pour the coffee into the filter and tap or shake to level. Pour in 50-60g of water starting in the center exercising and avoiding pouring the sides.
  • Let bloom for 30 seconds.
  • Continue pouring slowly (70-85 grams at a time) for about 4 minutes, until the scale indicates 260 grams.
