Shredded meat cooked with vegetables and herbs, stuffed with caramelized onions, served on semolina gnocchi filled with candied onions and cream cheese, sautéed in a butter flavored with Turkish apricots, bacon, garlic and herbs; with touches of balsamic reduction, Grana Padano flakes and coriander oil.
