Marked notes of red fruits, plum jam, cherries, delicate vegetal touches that combine with memories of juniper and black pepper. Light Mediterranean mineral notes mix in perfect harmony with delicate tones of blackberry.
In the mouth it is enveloping and overwhelming. Large, with a soft sip where the marked notes of ripe cherries, pink salt, spices and small dried flowers stand out. Excellent body, articulated tannic texture which offers a good range of flavors reminiscent of the terroir and a determined persistence.
