The perfume of Sorbara combined with the structure of Grasparossa allows the preparation of a particularly well-balanced cuvee. The result is a sparkling wine with fine, persistent pearlescent and a light pink foam. The pink color of this wine is particularly fascinating; It is characterized by a typical floral smell of violets and roses that comes from Sorbara, enriched with fruity notes of cherry, blackberry and blueberry. The brightness of its color, the flagrancy of its perfume and the personality of Grasparossa constitute the central elements of an excellent sparkling wine.
