Information

No other gin tastes like HENDRICK'S, because no other gin is made like HENDRICK'S. We infuse our gin with the extraordinary Rosa Damascena from Bulgaria and specially selected cucumbers from the best producers.

HENDRICK'S gin is handcrafted in small batches of just a pleasing 500 liters at a time, giving master distiller Lesley Gracie greater control of the careful craft of it.

HENDRICK'S is the union of TWO DIFFERENT SPIRITS from two different STILLS:
-The Bennett Alembic and the Carter-Head Alembic. By combining the two, we can create an extraordinarily smooth gin that has the necessary character and a balance of subtle flavors.

BOTANICALS – Flowers, roots, fruits and seeds from around the world. These complement each other and lay the foundations for our delicious infusion duet: rose petal and cucumber.

TASTING NOTES:

  • On the nose, classic notes of juniper and citrus stand out along with floral and herbal notes. In the mouth, Hendricks gin has a long history. Its well-integrated alcohol level allows floral notes of rose to be distinguished along with citrus nuances similar to bitter orange.
  • In the background, the juniper counterpoints the cucumber, a flavor that can (and should) be enhanced by using a slice or stick of fresh cucumber. The finish is of medium persistence and spicy and earthy notes appear along with the floral ones.
