What is A2A2 milk?
It is milk produced by cows that, due to their natural genetics, do not have the protein responsible for many digestive problems related to milk consumption.
It is authentic, genuine, original milk. It is not special milk, nor is it enriched or functional milk.It is not milk resulting from a technological process.
It is milk from A2 cows, naturally selected, with nothing added or removed.
What Are A2 cows?
A2 cows are those that naturally produce milk free of A1 beta-casein.
Today, conventional cow's milk contains two types of proteins: A1 and A2 beta-caseins.
Originally, cow's milk, like the milk of other mammals (sheep, goat, and buffalo) and breast milk, was free of A1 protein.
It was a genetic mutation that caused most of the livestock, and therefore most of today's milk, to contain A1 beta-casein in addition to A2 beta-casein.
Recent studies show that A1 protein is the real cause of digestive discomfort and problems. Gastric issues, digestive disorders, stomach upset, and indigestion that many people associated with lactose.
Benefits of A2 Milk
Healthier
Higher quality:
Less reactive: A2 milk does not cause the same inflammatory response in those who are lactose intolerant as A1 milk does.
